Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care’s Hunter Hollow community in West Valley City, UT is seeking a certified nursing assistant to join the Clinical department. You will perform CNA duties under supervision, assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and documentation as outlined in care plans.

Requirements include a valid CNA and CPR/BLS, a high school diploma, and the ability to work with a diverse resident population. This is an hourly non-exempt role located on site.

Qualifications

• CNA in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Current Food Handler Permit (when applicable).
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• Experience as CNA in SNF or ALF is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides certified nursing assistant services to assigned patients as per care plans.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living according to policies.
• Helps with lifting, turning, repositioning and transporting residents as needed.
• Coordinates dining room services, meal delivery and feeding assistance.
• Documents intake and weight changes; reports to nurse and supervisor.
