Job summary

Outcome HC is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to help enhance residents' quality of life in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care, support daily activities, and collaborate with the care team to ensure patient wellbeing.

Responsibilities include assisting with basic tasks, responding to calls, promoting activity participation, and coordinating with dining and housekeeping staff. A valid CNA license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate patient care and empathy.
• Clear English communication (written and spoken).
• Strong teamwork and bedside manner.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with eating, dressing and toileting as needed.
• Respond promptly to calls and alert staff in emergencies.
• Encourage residents to exercise and participate in activities.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks and maintaining patient rooms.
