Qualifications

• CNA with NJ license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Record vital signs, weights and other measurements.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and proper documentation of care.
