Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from state

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care duties under supervision of licensed nursing personnel

• Record resident vitals, weights, measurements, intake/output, and food consumption
• Ambulate and transfer residents with appropriate devices
• Routinely turn and position residents
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff
• Other special projects and duties as assigned
