Job summary

Outcome HC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant in New Jersey to join our nursing team. Under the supervision of a licensed RN or LPN, you will perform nursing services per facility policies and state/federal regulations, assisting residents with daily routines and activities.

Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing personal care, maintaining infection control practices, and supporting meal services.

Qualifications

• Currently certified as a CNA in New Jersey.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care and attend IDCP meetings as assigned.
• Provide personal care to residents (bathing, nail care, shaving, etc.) and ensure proper attire.
• Follow infection control procedures and hand hygiene.
• Report skin changes and assist with routine skin care as directed by nurse.
• Assist with meals and feeding in a timely manner.
