Qualifications

• Certified and state tested as a CNA; active certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Respond to call lights promptly to ensure safety and comfort.
• Transport residents via ambulation or wheelchair to dining, lobby, and activities.
• Report significant findings to a nurse immediately.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitions.
