Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents within a supportive team environment.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, vital records, and safety, while documenting care activities in line with policy. The ideal candidate holds a Texas CNA certification, demonstrates reliable attendance, strong communication, and a patient-centered approach to elderly and disabled residents.

Qualifications

• Texas CNA certification required.
• Accurate recording of information and performance of technical procedures.
• Clear communication and patient-centered care.
• Genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals.
• Understanding of Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment: change linens and stock grooming supplies.
• Support mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record vital information: vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
