Job summary

Cape Cod Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate, hands-on care in a 135-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities and support licensed staff to maintain safety, comfort, and well-being for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and promote dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
