Job summary

Hampden Post Acute, a 135-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility, seeks CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care under licensed staff. You will help residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort in a home-like environment.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with Daily Pay, shift differentials, and strong benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and EAP resources. MA CNA license and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
