Job summary

Graduate Post Acute is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide hands-on care in a 150-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. Starting pay ranges from $20.25 to $23.25 per hour, with daily pay options and opportunities for growth within a welcoming, patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment promoting dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
