Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is hiring Care Partners to provide compassionate, direct care to residents across shifts (day, evening, night). You will assist with activities of daily living, promote comfort and safety, and support residents' independence with a respectful, resident-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; caregiver training a plus.
• Minimum 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and transferring.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement and companionship to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs and social activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Promote open communication with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
