Qualifications

- Iowa RN or LPN license in good standing required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments with accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.
- Provide direct nursing care such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
- Coordinate with healthcare team and communicate with physicians and families to optimize resident care.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols for resident safety.
- Offer emotional support and education to residents and families about care plans.

As an RN/LPN, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Halcyon House in Washington.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.
- Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents.
- Offer emotional support and education to residents and their families, promoting overall well-being and understanding of care plans.
- 1st shift Full-Time, every other weekend
