Qualifications

• Must have current CNA/CMA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and understanding the unique service plan for every assigned resident each shift
• Assisting with bathing, dressing/undressing, and other activities of daily living
• Answering call lights as soon as possible to ensure safety of residents
• Escorting residents to and from apartments, activities, and dining rooms
• In memory care setting, caregivers may prepare the dining room, take orders, and serve meals
• Taking and documenting vital statistics
• Performing medication assistance as directed by a licensed staff
