Job summary

Touchmark is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods in Bend, OR. This part-time, variable-schedule role offers base pay with swing and NOC differentials and a chance for growth, including differential for an active CNA license.

Ideal candidates have a heart for serving others, a high school diploma or equivalent, and are able to read, write, and speak English. Training is available for the right person.

Job description

We are looking for our next amazing, compassionateCaregiver, Part-time, variable schedule, for our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods to join forces with our wonderful team!

Wage range $22.48 - 24.97, base wage plus shift differentials for swing and NOC. Base wage determined depending on experience, with the opportunity for increases and growth!

Differential offered for active CNA license, too!

Part-time variable looks like this:

• Part-time (20 hours per week guaranteed! You can always pick up more if there is a need)
• Variable schedule (must be available to have a varying schedule each week to cover scheduling gaps, callouts, vacations, etc)
• Bi-weekly scheduling will often be different; no set schedules offered
• If you have flexibility in your scheduling, we need you!
• We can schedule around your availability (school, childcare, etc)
• It's like a casual/float position with guaranteed hours

• A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe

• The ability to maintain patient and display tactful and kind composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests
• Team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and work hard
• Reliable
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Experience is highly preferred, but not required. We will train the right person. Having a compassionate heart and desire to care for others is most important.
