As a Resident Assistant, you'll become an important part of our care team while participating in a Wellspring-paid CNA training opportunity designed to help you build skills, gain experience, and launch a rewarding career in healthcare. This role allows you to work alongside experienced caregivers, nurses, and healthcare professionals while learning what it means to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to discover how much of a difference one caring person can make in someone else's day.

What Your Impact Will Look Like You will help residents feel welcome, comfortable, and supported throughout their day. You'll build relationships with residents, learning their names, preferences, routines, and the little things that help them feel at home. You'll support daily life throughout the community by helping residents get where they need to go, assisting with non-clinical requests, and helping create a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. You'll become a valuable part of the team, helping ensure residents continue to experience dignity, comfort, and meaningful human connection. You'll learn from experienced healthcare professionals while gaining exposure to skilled nursing and long-term care in a supportive environment. Some days you'll be delivering a meal tray, helping a resident get to an activity, escorting someone to an appointment or simply stopping to share a conversation. Other days you'll be learning new skills that bring you one step closer to becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. Every day is an opportunity to make someone feel seen, valued, and cared for.

Your Path to Becoming a CNA Wellspring believes in investing in people. As a Resident Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a Wellspring-paid CNA training program, allowing you to build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. This opportunity includes both employment as a Resident Assistant and participation in Wellspring's paid CNA training program. Applicants must be available for each phase of the program. Resident Assistant Position Full-time 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Every other weekend required Pay Rate: $13.73 per hour CNA Training Program Begins November 2026 Two‑week CNA class including classroom and clinical instruction Day shift schedule during CNA training Attendance is required each day in order to successfully complete the class and qualify for state testing After CNA Class Completion Full-time employment Every other weekend required Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Upon CNA Certification Full-time CNA position Afternoon Shift (1:45 pm – 10:15 pm) Every other weekend required $18.00 per hour + $2.00 shift differential + applicable wage pass‑through
