Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking dedicated CNAs/HHAs to provide warm, compassionate personal care and companionship to residents in our Massachusetts communities.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, observing changes with the Nurse to update care plans, and encouraging participation in community programs and activities. A high school diploma is required, and CNA/HHA-CHHA certification is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
