Job summary

Standish Village is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Associate to provide direct personal care to our senior residents in a safe, home-like environment in Boston, MA. We offer Full Time and Part Time shifts with weekend commitments and a starting rate of $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Certification as CNA or CHHA is required.
• Ability to provide direct personal care to seniors.
• Strong communication with residents and coworkers.
• Punctual and reliable in daily tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents.
• Track care and tasks in the electronic health record system.
• Assist housekeeping with light duties.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services.
• Collaborate across departments to create a cooperative environment.
