Job summary

Senior Living Residences' Compass on the Bay in Boston seeks compassionate Resident Care Associates to provide direct care to senior residents in a safe, home-like environment.

Shifts 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, full time, pay starting at $19 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits program including health, dental, vision, PTO, retirement plan with company match, and meal benefits.

Requirements include CNA or CHHA certification, ability to communicate effectively, physical capability, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Certification: CNA or CHHA (required).
• Strong communication with residents and coworkers.
