Job summary
Senior Living Residences’ Methuen Village is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Associate (CNA/CHHA) to provide direct personal care for senior residents. The role supports a safe, home-like environment and involves assisting with daily activities, dining, and mobility.
The position offers a full-time schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and pays starting at $19 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits program including health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) with company
Qualifications
- Certification: CNA or CHHA
- Physical requirements: Standing, walking, bending and transferring residents
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers
- Punctuality & reliability – Residents rely on us to assist with daily living activities
Responsibilities
- Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
- Join or lead activities with residents
- Track care and tasks with electronic health record system
- Assist housekeeping with light housekeeping
- Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services
- Work across departments to foster cooperation and mutual respect
