Aviata at South Daytona is seeking a Receptionist to join our resident-centered team in South Daytona, FL. The role focuses on clerical support, customer service for residents and families, and coordinating departmental tasks to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be CNA Certified.
• Prefer two-year college degree or equivalent with a business emphasis.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to assist the supervisor.
• Coordinate work within the department and with other departments; respond to inquiries.
• Interact in a courteous, tactful, friendly, and cooperative manner while handling issues and questions.
• Prepare routine correspondence, reports, forms, and mailings.
• Prepare preliminary work on projects and manage inter-office mail.
• Organize and maintain administrative records and filing systems.
• Provide customer service to residents and families as needed.
• Review/maintain time and attendance records for supervisor’s approval.
• Enter missed punches for staff and reconcile hours daily.
• Coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings.
• Support innovative ideas to improve systems and processes.

Education

High School Diploma or GED
