Iredell Memorial Hospital Incorporated in Statesville, NC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist with unit/patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The position runs 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, totaling 36 hours per week, with a sign-on bonus and benefits eligible.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a current BLS certification, and be in good standing with the NC DHHS Division of Health Service Regulation.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required unless a current high school student participating in the CATS program for the NC.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required through American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Listed with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation in good standing.
• Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
