Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Experience involving independent decision-making preferred
• Healthcare experience desirable
• Willing to take COVID vaccination if not already vaccinated

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end
• Provide personal and nursing care as per care plan
• Facilitate activities and respond to resident needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment
• Assist with resident preparations for activities
• Perform basic nursing procedures
• Document resident activities accurately
• Adhere to policies, safety, and infection control standards
• Attend training and educational sessions
• Perform additional duties as assigned
