Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Experience involving independent decision-making is a plus
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Must have or be willing to receive COVID vaccination

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participate in shift reports and communicate resident needs
• Provide personal and nursing care as per care plans
• Facilitate activities and respond to resident requests respectfully
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Assist residents with activities and prepare them for events
• Ensure timely and compassionate food service
• Maintain accurate documentation of care activities
• Adhere to policies, safety, and infection control standards
• Attend training and educational programs
• Perform additional duties as assigned
