Job summary

Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Certified Nurse Aides to join our skilled nursing facility team. PRN and full‑time shifts are available, including 6a–6p or 6p–6a, with new-employee benefits and strong pay structures.

Responsibilities emphasize compassionate patient care, safety compliance, and teamwork in a high‑quality care setting. Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in‑home care is valued; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

Position and Schedule

• Certified Nurse Aide / Nursing Assistant
• Part Time/PRN:(6p - 6a) or (6a - 6p)

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate
• Take pride in providing high quality care
• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)

Must-Haves for Role

• High School Diploma or equivalent
