Job summary

The Springs Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for full-time or PRN 8-hour shifts across day, evening, and night times. We value compassion and reliability in a fast-paced skilled nursing facility environment.

Qualifications include TX or Compact State CNA certification, High School Diploma or equivalent, and CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be Certified Nurse Aide (Texas or Compact State).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting and continuously learn new skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform duties.
• Demonstrate compassion and supportive patient care.
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Previous healthcare, hospitality, or in‑home care experience preferred (min. 1 year).
• Normally no more than 15 patients per shift.

Responsibilities!

• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties (Burn Calories ALL DAY!)
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• Normally no more than 15 Patients on a shift!

Do I Qualify?
