Qualifications & Experience:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in resident reports at start/end of shift.
2. Provide personal/nursing care as per care plan.
3. Facilitate activities and respond to resident needs respectfully.
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
5. Assist with resident preparations for activities.
6. Document resident activities and care.
7. Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety standards.
8. Attend training and educational programs.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
