Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

Department: Skilled Nursing

Status: FLEX/PRN

Schedule: All Shifts

Salary Range: Standard Flex/Pool starting at $23.50/hr with opportunities for advanced Flex/Pool options at a premium rate of $25.50/hr PLUS Shift Differentials!

What will I do in this role with Maple Farm Nursing?

As a C.N.A., supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, reporting needs and concerns to a licensed Nurse
• Responsible for the safety of residents
• Provide activities, programs and visits geared toward the interests and abilities of the residents
• Assists with transporting residents to activities, events and as needed
• Documentation in electronic medical record system.

• Current and valid C.N.A. certification in PA
