Key Responsibilities

As a CNA in Personal Care, you will:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, hair, nail, and mouth care, and help them with meals and appointments.
• Administer and document medications as directed, with training twice a year.
• Observe residents, respond to call bells, take vital signs, and record health data.
• Maintain resident rooms, replenish supplies, and handle linen changes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 8th-grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nurse Aide according to state laws.
• Successful completion of BHS-approved medication administration class.
• Proficient in English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
• Good organizational and basic computer skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
