Coverage area: Moon/Sewickley Area - May travel throughout the territory

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM

You will make a difference by coordinating with nurses to provide safe patient care, performing personal care, taking vitals, communicating with families, and other duties. Qualifications

• Meet state training requirements
• Minimum six months experience providing personal care
• At least 18 years old
• Complete 75 hours of training, including 16 hours prior to practical training
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to read and follow instructions and document care
• Understanding of hospice philosophy and comfort with terminally ill care
• Ability to work independently
• Comfort with death/dying
• Strong communication and organizational skills
