Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital, Inc. in Gravette, Arkansas, is seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Medication Therapy Department.

The CNA will provide and maintain a safe, clean patient environment and assist in patient care under RN supervision. Requirements include a CNA program completion (or significant nursing assistant hospital experience), a high school diploma or equivalent, and current BLS certification (to be maintained).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program or significant CNA hospital experience.
• Current BLS certification upon hire or during orientation; maintain BLS certification throughout employment.
• Two years hospital experience preferred, outpatient clinic or inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain a safe, neat, and clean patient environment.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and patient care in accordance with procedures.
• Participate in patient care activities as a member of the nursing team under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Gravette, Arkansas, has a PRN opening for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within our Medication Therapy Department.

Participates in patient care activities as a member of the nursing team and under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program or has a significant amount of nursing assistant experience in the hospital setting.
• 2 years hospital experience preferred, preferably in an outpatient clinic or inpatient setting.
• Current BLS certification upon hire or BLS certification must be obtained during orientation period or at next available scheduled class. Throughout employment, current BLS certification must be maintained by renewal during renewal period or at next available scheduled class.
