Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient-centered care in Dublin, GA. Under RN supervision, you will support patients at home, document using HomeCare HomeBase EMR, and help with daily activities.

This role offers 1:1 care, flexibility in scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• CNA certification or state licensure as Home Health Aide.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under RN supervision.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic hygiene, feeding, ambulation and medical monitoring.
• Home management includes basic housekeeping, shopping and related tasks.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, You will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
