Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant for Westminster, MD to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a home-health setting. You will work part-time under RN supervision, delivering essential daily care and documenting activities in the EMR system.

The role emphasizes independence with team support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance as the company grows. A CNA certification and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CNA certification or state equivalent as required.
• Ability to assist with basic personal care and daily tasks.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care under RN supervision.
• Complete accurate documentation in HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Help with basic hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and safety checks.
• Support with light housekeeping and errands as needed.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant, You will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
