Job summary

Avantara Norton seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor changes in condition, ensure safety, and support the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered South Dakota CNA license or certificate of completion from a SD CNA training program.

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report to the care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

Eligibility Requirements

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of South Dakota Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course. Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Norton by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
