Job summary

Avantara Pierre is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for both Full-Time and Part-Time lines. You will join a dedicated clinical team, working every other weekend and every other holiday, with opportunities for class-based training for full-time candidates.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employees. Starting wage is based upon experience and we provide competitive benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Must have unencumbered State of South Dakota CNA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living activities for residents.
• Monitor residents and observe changes in condition.
• Maintain safe and therapeutic environment for residents.

As a registered Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Pierre by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and mindfulness to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
