Job summary

Complete Care at Kimberly Hall North is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate personal care in a resident-focused setting. Shifts include full-time, part-time, weekend, and PRN options across the Windsor, CT area.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and document care in our software system. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a heart for helping others in a skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Certified to work in Connecticut as a CNA.
• Background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation required.
• Must be kind, compassionate and dependable.
• Flexible to work full-time, part-time, weekends, or PRN as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Support mobility: repositioning, transfers to chairs, and safe ambulation.
• Monitor vitals and weight; report health changes.
• Assist with meals and hydration; encourage fluid intake.
• Make beds, tidy rooms, and enable resident participation in activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support for residents.
• Enter care notes into the software system to document services provided.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:

Personal Care: Help with bathing,dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health

Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids

Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
