Job summary

Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide for full-time 12-hour shifts (6a–6p and 6p–6a) with PRN options. You will assist residents with daily living, mobility, and comfort, while following safety protocols and reporting changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications include a Texas CNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, and a compassionate, reliable demeanor. CPR preferred; equal opportunity employer.

Position and Schedule

• - Certified Nurse Aide / Nursing Assistant
• - Full Time: 12 Hour Shifts (6a - 6p) & 6p-6a) and PRN Available

Qualifications

• - Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• - Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• - Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• - Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• - Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
• - Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• - Supportive and compassionate
• - Take pride in providing high quality care
• - Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)

Must-Haves for Role

• - High School Diploma or equivalent
• - Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas
• - CPR certification (preferred)
