Job summary

Autumn Leaves Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring Certified Nurse Aides for full-time 12-hour shifts (6a–6p and 6p–6a). The role emphasizes compassionate resident care within a skilled nursing setting and demands reliability and teamwork.

Qualified candidates hold a Texas CNA and high school diploma; CPR is preferred. The facility offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401k with matching, along with PTO and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas.
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties.
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year).
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as a CNA during 12-hour shifts (6a–6p and 6p–6a).
