Job summary

The Springs Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time work. 8-hour day or evening shifts available. Join a team focused on high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility.

Ideal candidates will have a TX CNA certification, CPR preferred, and reliable transportation. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities and supporting patients and families in a compassionate manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (Texas or Compact State) certification.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient care in a skilled nursing facility.
• Lift and move patients up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Provide compassionate and supportive care to patients.
• Availability to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities!

• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties (Burn Calories ALL DAY!)
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
