Job summary

Autumn Leaves Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Part Time/PRN (6p–6a) or (6a–6p) and Full Time benefits. CNAs provide compassionate care in a skilled nursing setting and support residents daily.

Requirements include a HS Diploma or equivalent, Texas CNA certification or recent CNA class, CPR preferred, and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts including nights/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA certification in Texas or recently completed CNA class requested.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and assist residents safely.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Position and Schedule

• - Certified Nurse Aide / Nursing Assistant
• - Part Time/PRN: (6p - 6a) or (6a - 6p)

Qualifications

• - Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• - Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• - Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• - Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• - Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment
• - Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• - Supportive and compassionate
• - Take pride in providing high quality care
• - Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)

Must-Haves for Role
