Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and document vital signs, physical condition, and emotional well-being.
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Assist with meal service and nutritional needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Help create a positive, respectful, and caring environment for residents and their families.
