Job summary

Aventura at the Bay in St. Petersburg, FL is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). New grads and walk-ins welcome. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and support the care team in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Evening 3p-11p and Night 11p-7a shifts available. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, daily pay option, and opportunities for career growth. Walk-in interviews welcome Monday to Friday 10 am to 4 pm.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certificate (required).
• Graduate of a CNA training program.
• Passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

FT Shifts Available:

Evenings 3p-11p | Nights 11p-7a
