Aventura at Creekside in Carbondale, PA is now hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, patient-centered care, assist residents with daily living, and support the nursing team.

Shifts available: PRN Days with a $2 shift differential for 3p-11p; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, free telemedicine, PTO, and weekly employee appreciation events. Daily pay option available.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certificate or in process of CNA exam.
• Graduated from a CNA training program.
• A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
