Job summary

Wyndmoor Hills Health Care & Rehab Center in Philadelphia is seeking full-time CNAs to provide compassionate care to residents. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The facility is a 77-bed home close to public transport and committed to high-quality life and care.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, reporting to licensed staff, and maintaining clean, safe environments for residents. PA CNA certification is required; experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active PA CNA certification required.
• Experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform ADLs and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents safely and comfortably under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Perform ADLs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Assist RNs and LPNs and maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Adhere to facility and Federal/State standards.

RESPONSIBILIES OF A CNA:

• Care for residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Perform all duties in accordance with facility and Federal and State standards.
• Assist RN's and LPNs
• Perform ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Make sure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS OF A CNA:

• Must have an active Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of PA
• Experience preferred, not required
