Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center in Reading, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our compassionate team. You will assist residents with daily living, monitor vital signs, support mobility, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Nursing Assistant CNA in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Prior CNA experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

About the Certified Nursing Assistant Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing vital signs and observing residents' conditions

• Assisting with mobility and transferring residents

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Responsibilities:
