Job summary

Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring CNAs for full-time and part-time shifts. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered, along with benefits like 401(k), PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance. Join a team committed to resident safety and comfort under licensed nurses' supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CNA:

• Care for residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Perform all duties in accordance with facility and Federal and State standards.
• Assist RN's and LPNs
• Perform ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Make sure all reports and records are completed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS OF A CNA:

• Must have an active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of PA
• Experience preferred, not required
