Job summary

Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center in Reading, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, monitor health status, and support safe mobility and transfers in a 103-bed facility.

The role requires PA CNA certification; new graduates are welcome. We offer day and evening shifts, a $3000 sign-on bonus, health/dental/vision coverage, and generous PTO in a teamwork-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Prior CNA experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide vital signs and observe residents' conditions.
• Assist with mobility and transferring residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment; collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
