Job summary

Atlas Health Group at West Deptford is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide basic nursing care under the supervision of licensed nurses. This role supports residents with daily activities, reporting changes, and ensuring comfort and safety in a skilled nursing setting.

Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and competency evaluation is required; prior CNA experience is preferred but not required, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must complete State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• Good standing in state registry preferred.
• Prior CNA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene and daily care per individual plan of care.
• Ensure call lights are answered promptly and residents are safe and comfortable.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervising staff.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed per care plan.
• Complete required documentation before end of shift.

Atlas Health Group at West Deptford, an excellent skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). We provide a wide range of nursing care and rehabilitation services for both short-term and long-term care residents. Atlas Health Group at West Deptford has professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate team that cares for our residents.

The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide basic nursing care to patients and residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.

CNA Certified Nursing AssistantResponsibilities:

• Assists residents with resident care including bathing, grooming, hygiene and placement of adaptive equipment
• Ensures call lights are within reach of residents and answers call lights promptly
• Reports all changes in residents condition to supervisor as soon as possible
• Assures that residents are positioned appropriately for meals and serves meal trays as well as assists with feeding as needed per individual plan of care
• Completes all required documentation prior to end of shift
