Job summary

Outcome HC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in New Jersey to join our dedicated health care team. The role focuses on providing outstanding patient care and daily living support to residents, ensuring comfort and safety in a facility setting.

Ideal candidates hold CNA certification in New Jersey and are willing to complete required LPN training; prior long-term care experience is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in the state of New Jersey.
• Successful completion of LPN license program is a must.
• Long-Term/ Skilled Nursing Facility Experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with PCC.
• Compassionate and able to handle stress.

Responsibilities

• Record a patient’s medical history accurately.
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
• Monitor patients’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
• Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.
• Collect samples for lab testing as assigned.
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
• Communicate compassionately and professionally with residents, families, and staff

To do well in this role you should have your Certified Nurisng Assistant certification in New Jersey
