Job summary

Deptford Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Deptford, NJ is seeking licensed CNA Team Members to support a 240-bed skilled nursing facility. New graduates welcome and all shifts are available.

You will work closely with nursing staff to provide high-quality resident care in a compassionate environment. Requirements include CNA program completion, valid NJ State Certification, and good standing with the State Registry.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a CNA program.
• Must hold valid NJ State Certification.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observe Residents.
• Report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Assist with personal hygiene (bed bath, shaving, etc.).
• Set up meal trays and document intake.
• Assist feeding and provide nutritional supplements.
• Make beds and keep Resident spaces clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the Facility.
• Turn bedridden Residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Resident and Facility data.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bed ridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Successful completion of a CNA program
• Valid NJ State Certification
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
