Deptford Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking licensed CNA Team Members to join our skilled nursing facility in Deptford, NJ. All shifts are available and new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities include observing residents, reporting health issues, assisting with hygiene, meal setup, feeding, bed making, and transporting residents while maintaining confidentiality of all data. Competitive pay with full-time, part-time or per-diem options.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Valid NJ State Certification.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Observing Residents.
• Reporting health issues to supervising nurse.
• Assisting with personal hygiene (bed bath, shaving, etc.).
• Setting up meal trays and documenting intake.
• Feeding Residents and serving supplements.
• Making beds and keeping spaces clean.
• Transporting Residents within the facility.
• Turning bed-ridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bed ridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Successful completion of a CNA program
